We accept US money orders, personal checks in US dollars drawn on US
banks, and good old cash (be careful sending cash!). Go here
for the form to fill out, print, and send in with your payment.
We will not release customer information, be it specific or whole.
Furthermore, we do not retain sales records for more than 60 days after date
of purchase. The only customer information we do retain is mailing list
information. The data is opt-in only (you have to fill out a form for the
mailing list). This information is never released to any third party as
well.
All of our plans (including the complete set) are shipped via email. We
review every plan order before emailing, so it can take up to a day for you
to receive the email with your plans.
Use our generic payment
page. All you need to do is enter the
dollar amount in the quantity.
We do not accept returns on: plans, opened and/or partially
completed kits, and custom items. To return all other items YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR AN RMA. Item returned to us
without an RMA will not be refunded. Refunds are less shipping, and you
will be assesed a fee if the item is not returned in saleable condition.
Most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail in the US, and Air Mail
outside of the US. Priority mail items are sent with delivery confirmation.
We recommend adding insurance to your order, above. Without insurance, we
cannot guarantee safe shipment of your item, and cannot be held responsible
for loss, theft, or other non-receipt. Again, use insurance when in doubt.
We have had great success using plain USPS Priority mail with delivery
confirmation, but, still, it is *your* choice.
*ALL* sales of plans, manuals, and books are final. Most plans, manuals, and
books are delivered electronically via a password protected website. Opened
kits cannot be returned. Refunds do not apply to shipping costs. Thank you!
Consumables (such as pumps and filters) and kits are not returnable once
opened. Only the components are warranted. We are not responsible for
damage to kit components during assembly. We do offer kit repair for
COMPLETED kits. Email us for cost and details.
Custom made items, such as antennas, cannot be returned for refund or
credit. All other items must be issued an RMA number before being returned,
please email or call for an RMA number. Items received without an RMA
number will be returned, freight collect. All permitted returned items are
subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items returned that have been opened/used
are subject to a 20% restocking/refurbishment fee. Items that are not
in good condition, or without an RMA, will be returned to you, with *NO* refund.
Please allow 3 or more weeks for custom made items, such as antennas and
kits assembly. During certain times of the year (winter holidays), kit
assembly can take a month or more. Please contact us for the exact date!
Cellular modules are also subject to a 4 to 6 week lead time, because of
short supply. We will try to let you know what the lead time is at time of
order.
We are *not* liable for anything the occurs to you or others due to the
use
or misuse of our products, plans, and kits. You are responsible for your
own actions. If fact, the use of some ideas, plans, kits, or products in
your area (be it city, town, state, country, or planet) might be illegal.
Just
the simple act of owning some of these products might be illegal. Legality
of purchase, use and ownership is up to the purchaser. So, check with your
local Department of Justice before purchasing. We cannot be held responsible for your bad
choices.
Locksmithing items are only sold to appropriate and/or legal organizations
and entities. In the State of Oregon, locksmithing tools are illegal to
posses unless you are a locksmith.
