The KenStar™ fuel controller incorporates a microcontroller and a GPS sensor. This allows the unit to switch from diesel to vegetable oil and back automatically. The unit uses pre-programmed latitude and longitude and distance to perform the switch over. The KenStar™ can also use a combination of position and time since start up to control switching.

The KenStar™ is easily setup by a fuel conversion installer, or end-user by connecting a computer with an RS-232 serial port to the control box.

How does is work?

The KenStar™ always knows your position via the included GPS sensor. When it detects that a vehicle is within a certain distance of a location in memory, it will automatically switch fuel tanks. No more forgetting to switch back to diesel/biodiesel when you get to your destination. The unit also will switch to vegetable oil after a programmed amount of time or temperature.
