Refund and Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. 

Refunds (if applicable)

We are committed to providing you with the best products, and it’s our responsibility to replace your item(s) for any of the following reasons:

  • The product is flawed

  • The print quality is poor

  • The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site.

Please contact us at here, provide a photo of the product you received along with detailed shots you wish to include. We need this information as proof to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.

And you can keep the item, as a token of apology for the mistake we made sending you the wrong items.

Cancel (if applicable)

You can only cancel your order within 24 hours from purchasing time of the same day. Please contact the support team here if you want to support more.

We do not accept a cancellation/modification after 24 hours or once the order has been taken into the printing process.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Firstly, check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Thirdly, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • Finally, if you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at here.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

It happens that you make a mistake.

We can support exchange size or color. In this case, we offer you to pay small fees.

Hope you understand, this fee is only for handling and the shipping, not the cost of the product.

Product from $30 to $50, you need pay $20

Product from $50 to $100, you need pay $25

You don’t need to send an item back. The only thing we need you to do is contact us at here, tell us about your issue and insert a note to tell us which items you want to exchange. Then we will create a new order at your request and send an invoice for you. Just follow it and complete the new order.

Return Policy

Kenneke Store tries hard to ensure that all our products are printed to high-quality standards & shipped on time and accurately.

Customers have 15 days from the day they received their item to request a replacement, refund policy.

1. When can I request a replacement item?

Each product has to be inspected carefully before delivered. But mistakes are inevitable and to make sure that all customers are satisfied, we offer replacement items for any of the following reasons:

 

● The product itself is flawed.

● The quality of the printing is poor.

● The final product is materially different than the design presented on our website.

● The following information of the product is not the same as the order: type, size, color, printing content.

2. How do I return items?

If you received a damaged/faulty item. Although quality is one of our top priorities, it can happen that a damaged item is sent out by mistake. In this case, you do not need to return the item. You can keep it, give it away or donate for any organization. The only thing we need you to do is contact us at here, choose your issue, attach a photo of the damaged item. If we can see in the photo, it is damaged, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge ASAP.

Please note: Items in used condition are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. New and unused items that have been successfully received by customers within 15 days are eligible for returns or exchanges. Once 15 days have elapsed from the receipt of goods, refunds and exchanges will no longer be accepted.

Please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 15 days.

The product is unwashed, unworn and unused.

The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product is different than the one you ordered.

Refunds: You’re protected by our Buyer Protection Program. If you don’t receive your product after 60 days since the day you purchased (which rarely happens), we will refund you 100% of your money, no question asked!

3. Can I exchange for switching the size/color of the product?

All product are customized based on customer’s demand so please check size chart before ordering, you still can contact us in 24 hours after order was made if you want to change any order’s information (for free), we will update so do it as soon as possible.

In other cases, we do not support return for any reason such as “no more interest” or “don’t like anymore”.

4. Lost your order?

If the carrier lost your order, we will send a replacement to you. So, contact us if you need any support.
In case order is returned back to us because of the wrong shipping address provided by the customer, the order will be donated to a local charity.

5. Credits?

Please allow one billing cycle for credit card credits to show up on your statement. If you purchased your item through PayPal, we process the return and they will credit your account. Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable unless we made the error.

Kenneke Store has the right to charge a small restocking fee, this fee is only for handling and the shipping, not the cost of the product.
