Please know that at Kenneke Store, we are taking all the CDC-recommended steps in our corporate office and manufacturing facilities. These include the option for many of our employees to work from home and continue to practice social distancing, and other best practices to help protect and support our production teams and you, our valued customers. In recent times, you may experience delays due to the number of orders being processed and extended lead times for shipping so please allow up to twelve weeks for orders to be shipped during this extraordinary time. Our teams are working overtime to produce and ship the top-quality Kenneke Store line of products to you, our customers around the world, as quickly as possible, and we will do our best to provide order confirmation emails and status updates so our customers can track their orders. When you order from Kenneke Store you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your order’s shipment. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days of ordering and then shipped. Please note that we are off on the weekend which may cause the delay. In situations where products are in high demand, processing time can take longer than 3 business days.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.

SHIPPING METHOD

Packages from our warehouse in China, USA, UK and Canada will be shipped by Yun Express or ePacket depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS, FedEx or UPS.

The total delivery times

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

Processing time (1-3 business days): The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.

Shipping time (5-10 business days): The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

SHIPPING GUARANTEE:

Usually, international shipping time is about 15-25 days

To back up our commitment and promise to you we will refund the cost of shipping (or give a partial refund if shipping was free) on any item that takes longer than the following time frames to arrive at your destination.

  • For US:

     Standard Shipping: $4.99 for first items. Additional fee per item quantity $1.99.

  • Rest of World:

     Standard Shipping $7.99 for first items. Additional fee per item quantity $1.99.

Free shipping for orders over $199 in total.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email once your order ships that contains your package’s tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If the tracking information is not updated before 5 days you place the order, please contact us at our customer support email for quick assistance.

RISK-FREE SHOPPING:

If for whatever reason your goods don’t arrive within 60 days, you will be refunded in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you!

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country’s customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country.

NOTE

On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks, or possibly longer for the slow-to-ship countries listed below. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country’s customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to the geographical location.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct, if there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.

CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS:

You have up to 24 hours to update your delivery address. Please email us at

 if you need the address to be changed.

SHIPPING RESTRICTION

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he fills the correct shipping address in (especially the exact number of the apartment in a building). If you found some problems with your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us via email address.

 so that we can assist you to change it to the right form. Otherwise, we will send you the carrier’s phone number so that you can contact them and correct your address.

To reduce the shipping cost as much as possible, we use the one-way shipping service so if the package is returned to the sender, even if the tracking update shows the “delivered to original sender” it does not mean the package was returned back to our warehouse address but our shipping agency storage. Therefore, please be informed that we are unable to refund the order if:

  • The package failed to be delivered after several attempts by the shipper.
  • You refuse the package.
  • The package was failed to be delivered because of any problem relating to the shipping address you provided.
  • You state that you have not received the package but the tracking update shows that the package was successfully delivered or showing the “delivered” status.

For lost or missing packages that are agreed to be replaced by us, we will only provide you with the information of the shipping carrier and tracking number associated with your order so that you can track your package.

TAXES & DUTIES

Import duties, taxes, local taxes and charges are not included in the item price and shipping cost. Kenneke Store is not responsible for reporting or paying taxes. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer’s responsibility.

All orders are made on Kenneke Store are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, import taxes and duties will not be paid through Kenneke Store. Instead, the shipping carrier will invoice you upon delivery of your merchandise depends on the sales tax laws of the location to which you are shipping.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
